The total corrosion amount should be less than 80g/m2, and the descaling rate should not be less than 90%, which is qualified. The descaling rate should not be less than 95%, which is excellent; In addition, it is necessary to ensure that the valves, instruments, etc. on the fixed equipment are not damaged.

Practice has proven that if new boilers are not cleaned chemically before startup, various impurities and attachments in the water and steam systems will cause the following hazards after the boiler is put into operation:
1. Directly hindering the heat transfer of the pipe wall or causing the generation of scale, causing overheating and damage to the metal of the furnace tube, and shortening the service life of the boiler.
2. Causing corrosion of sediment during boiler operation, resulting in thinning and perforation of the furnace tubes, leading to tube explosions.
3. The process of forming debris and sediment in the furnace water, which can cause blockage of the furnace tube or disrupt normal steam and water flow.
4. Prolonged substandard water quality indicators such as silicon and iron content in the boiler water prolong the start-up time of the unit and endanger the normal operation of the steam turbine. On the contrary, chemical cleaning before starting a new boiler is not only beneficial for the safe operation of the boiler, but also improves the water and steam quality during the start-up phase of the boiler, enabling it to quickly reach normal standards and greatly shorten the time from unit startup to normal operation.
