Do you know the usage guidelines for low nitrogen burners?
A low nitrogen burner is used to regulate the airflow of the first and second gears. When the burner stops running, the air door closes to reduce heat loss in the furnace. What are the standard guidelines for its use?
Fuel: The fuel for low nitrogen burners must meet the requirements of technical parameters. The oil pressure before entering the burner pump must meet the technical parameter specifications, and the inlet and outlet oil pipes of the burner must be sealed. When installing oil pipes, foreign objects should be prevented from entering the pipes. Foreign objects or water should be prevented from entering the pipeline. In summer, the fuel tank should be filled with oil to prevent condensation.
Clean the oil tank before refueling. When entering electric mode, confirm the power according to the operation manual, and the low nitrogen burner needs to be grounded. Do not confuse the middle line and the live line, and do not touch the burner with wet hands. Do not pull the wires too tightly and keep them away from high temperature sources. Burner and complete set: The burner must be close to the boiler without danger. Before combustion, the consent of the boiler room staff should be obtained.
Confirm whether the boiler is filled with water or thermal oil, whether the water circulation valve is open, and then perform the following operations. The fuel amount should be set according to the required output ratio of the boiler and the burner described in the manual. Adjust the direction of the low nitrogen burner baffle and burner head. Confirm the boiler furnace pressure provided by the boiler manufacturer.
